On May 7, the Tampa Bay Times held a community discussion focusing on responsible, sustainable development as Tampa Bay’s landscape continues to grow and evolve. With large-scale real estate projects underway on both sides of the bay, from Water Street to Gasworx and the Historic Gas Plant District, the need for innovations in development and construction is top of mind given rising sea levels and changing weather patterns. This discussion explored how innovative practices are helping shape the future of our region.
